We do not collect special category data and we do not sell personal data. We do not use your query content to train models.
Processors
Stripe (payment processing), Fly.io (hosting), and — where on-chain payment is used — the payment facilitator you transact through. On-chain payments are public by nature: a wallet address and transaction are visible on the relevant blockchain and cannot be deleted by us.
Retention
Event logs are retained for 12 months for billing and abuse purposes. Financial records are retained for 6 years as required by law. Deleted accounts are removed within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email aidatawharehouse@gmail.com. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you are in the UK.
Cookies
The API sets no cookies. The admin portal sets one strictly necessary session cookie (admin_session) for authentication only. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
